ROBERT CRUISE
I've been happily married to Jennifer for 22 years and have 5 beautiful daughters: Emma, Katie, Alana, Hannah, and Laura Beth. I have been Pastor of New Canaan Baptist Church since May 2016. Prior to that, I served here as the youth minister for 6 years.
My family truly has a passion to see people come to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ and discipling them to live an active life serving the Lord.

JOSH SMOTHERS
My wife, Joellen, and I are blessed to have three children: Ava, Carter, and Drake.
I have been serving as the youth leader since May 2016.
My goal is to reach, teach, mentor, and love the youth (and families) of our area though the guidance of Jesus Christ.

Children's Leader
CORY BROWN
Cory Brown became our Children's Leader in August 2018 after serving as our interim. Cory and his wife Emily are blessed to have four children: Jansen, Elijah, Kenzi and Keenan.
Worship Leader
KRISTY OLDACRE
Kristy Oldacre became our Worship Leader in 2021 after serving voluntarily for several years. Kristy and her husband Doug are longtime members of our community and have served as educators and coaches in our local schools. They are blessed to have three children - Abby, Cole, and Courtney - and one grandchild Beckett.
